a year

wad a difference a year makes.
i was thinking this time of the year in 2010, who are the people i was close with, what are the things i am doing.
there's a tinge of regret and disappointment, a hint of 'bui kam guan' and some confusion as to why lidat.
yet, there are some things to look forward to, certain people whom i have forged closer relationships with.
it's a double whammy.
no man's an island. people need friends to survive. it's my strength and i think it helps me draw closer to God.
but yet, in the process i may conveniently leave God out of the picture.
an irony.
